If you are divorced but your ex-spouse remains on your insurance, please contact Insurance Services immediately so we can assist you in removing them from your plans. Once your divorce is final, they are no longer an eligible dependent. Our plan has IRS guidelines that we need to adhere to so we are able to offer tax-free premiums.
