It has been brought to our attention that Intermountain Health is having issues with their bills. Please make sure to match any provider bills with your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from PEHP. You are only responsible for the amount that PEHP shows as a patient's responsibility. Your providers receive the same information so they are aware of the amount they should be writing off.
If you have recently paid an Intermountain Health bill, please verify the amount you paid matched the amount on your EOB. If it was incorrect the Intermountain Health billing department has been made aware of the situation and can help you get it adjusted. Please login or create an account at www.pehp.org to view EOB’s.
