Here’s what you need to know to prepare for a wonderful day.
Meeting Details
- Thursday, August 11, 2022
- Mountain America Exposition Center, 9575 S. State Street, Sandy
- Parking available at the Exposition Center and Rio Tinto Stadium, with shuttle service provided. (See map on attached flyer.)
- Carpooling is encouraged.
- Please park by 8 a.m. to be in your seat for a prompt 8:30 a.m. start time.
- Upon entering the meeting hall, please find your school/department sign and check in with your principal/director. Everyone will be seated by school/department.
Lunch and morning snacks will be provided.
Health & Safety
- If you are sick, please stay home and record the absence in Skyward.
- Hand sanitizer available.
- N95 masks available.
- If you need individual, socially-distanced seating arrangements, please talk to your principal/director.
